ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN MADE UNLESS WE CANCEL THEM DUE TO INVENTORY ERROR OR MISINFORMATION (Full Refund will be given to customer) 

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES INPUTTED DURING CHECKOUT. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUNDS OR CREDIT ISSUED BECAUSE OF ANY ADDRESS ERRORS.

SHIPPING | DOMESTIC

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and most orders will ship within 24-48 hours after your payment is authorized and verified (UNLESS PRE ORDER) this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped via fed ex, usps, ups or dhl with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by any of the above postal or delivery services. Please pay attention to all descriptions and details of your items prior to ordering. Some orders with multiple items may have separate shipments PLEASE BE ADVISED ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19.

Some of our packages ship separately from our international vendors. Please be patient your package is on the way! Once we send your tracking number please give it a couple days to update in the carriers shipping portal. 

We are not liable for any extended wait time on your packages. If a package ships late or out of our estimated time frame we are not obligated to refund. Please keep this in mind as some packages take longer to ship than others. 

  • My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

If your tracking information is updated to "Delivered" and you have not received your package please check with your local post office, leasing office, or a neighbor to ensure it was not delivered to any of the stated locations before contacting us.
